Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to ship my order?

It is our goal to ship all orders received by 12pm Central time the same day, though we only promise it will ship within 24 hours.  Should there be a problem with your order, you will be notified within that 24 hour window.  Personalized items may take longer and weekends are excluded.

How long will it take to get my order?

We provide tracking on all orders. We are not a dropship company therefore everything in stock ships from Oklahoma. Shipping time can vary from 1-5 days depending on your proximity to Oklahoma.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

In a time crunch? We offer expedited shipping to get you your order fast, but these shipments are at your expense. On all expedited shipments, UPS determines the price based on destination zipcode and either the actual weight of the box, or the dimensional weight (size of the box), whichever is higher. The website will calculate your expedited shipping charges upon check out. We try to keep our expedited shipping prices low on the site, and on some rare occasions we are too low. In cases like this you will be contacted about the difference and your order will be held until resolved.

We offer the following options:

  • UPS Next Day Air - Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.  Ideal for shipments that must arrive earlier in the business day.  Guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver - Next business day delivery by end of day. Guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery.
  • UPS Second Day Air - Delivery by the end of the second business day. Guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery.
  • UPS Three Day Select - Delivery by the end of the third business day.

Please note – The day a package ships does not count as a day.  For Example: A 3 Day Select package shipped on Monday will arrive Thursday.  UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Observed Holidays, so these are not considered business days. Also, all guarantees mentioned above are UPS guarantees, not our guarantees and we are not responsible for any carrier delays. If a problem arises, we will attempt to resolve the issue on your behalf.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Most shipping outside of the USA goes by United Stated Post Office International Priority Mail or Express Mail.  The website will calculate approx. shipping charges and you will be billed at time of purchase.  Each individual country has its own postal regulations, and some countries, Australia and New Zealand for example, have very strict restrictions on package size.  In cases like this, where the web estimates are incorrect, you will be notified of additional charges prior to us shipping.  We will not ship these orders until we have approval from the customer that the additional fees are approved.  Fed Ex is often used in such cases.  In most cases, packages will be delivered to your Customs Dept. in approximately 5-10 business days and you should receive your package once it clears Customs.  Customers are responsible for any Duties/Taxes that may be associated with the order, if any (contact your Customs Department directly for Duty/Taxes fees questions). All shipping charges paid are non-refundable. 

Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, these orders will ship via USPS, either First Class or Priority.  The website will calculate approx. shipping charges and you will be billed at time of purchase.  Occasionally, the web estimates can be incorrect, in which case you will be notified of additional charges prior to us shipping.  We will not ship these orders until we have approval from the customer that the additional fees are accepted.

Do you ship to military addresses? 

Absolutely we ship to military addresses! We are a Veteran owned company and know how hard it was for us to find companies willing to ship to us while we spent our 30 years on active duty.
